Description
A leading global private bank is seeking a Senior Trust Relationship Manager to oversee complex international trust structures and UHNW client relationships within a highly regarded wealth planning and fiduciary services platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of international trust and fiduciary structures
- Manage relationships with UHNW clients, family offices, professional advisors, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee trust administration activities, including distributions, transactions, resolutions, banking relationships, and regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, and fiduciary requirements
- Review financial statements, maintain accurate records, and oversee client billing processes
- Support client onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, and business development initiatives
- Contribute to fiduciary governance, reporting, audits, risk monitoring, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks
- Monitor operational performance, service quality, and efficiency metrics
- Provide technical guidance on complex trust and fiduciary matters
- Mentor and support team members while promoting best practices and a strong compliance culture
- Identify, assess, and manage fiduciary, operational, and regulatory risks
- Represent the business in internal committees, governance forums, and industry-related discussions
Requirements
- TEP qualification (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or wealth planning
- Extensive experience working with UHNW individuals, family offices, and private banking clients
- Strong expertise in international trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and wealth structuring solutions
- Solid understanding of fiduciary governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to support business development and client retention efforts
- Experience mentoring or coordinating team members in a client service environment
- Fluency in English required; French is an advantage
- Additional experience in wealth planning, tax planning, corporate secretarial services, compliance, governance, or transformation projects is highly desirable
- Strong international exposure and cultural awareness with the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions
