About the Role

nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres — operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods — and we're looking for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in permanent full-time positions!

• Join a very busy, well-run centre with a strong, established patient base

• Get hands-on exposure to complex dental treatments alongside experienced clinicians

• Work Monday to Friday within a great, supportive team

What You'll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures

• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced centre

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

• Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across a large, multi-chair centre

• Working collaboratively within a large, professional team

About You

• Dental Assistant experience preferred

• Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation

• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical environment

• Strong understanding of infection control standards

• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Available Monday to Friday
