What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
- Evaluate HVAC replacement opportunities
- Design solutions that fit each customer's home and budget
- Present equipment options and explain features and benefits
- Build trust and confidently close sales
- Prepare proposals, pricing, photos, and documentation
- Follow up on pending opportunities
- Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Some evenings and weekends based on customer availability
- Local travel within our service area
- Full-time

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Comfortable using tablets and sales software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
