Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative workplace.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and activity within the location, helping to support authorized entry, visitor direction, and adherence to property rules and expectations.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel as needed to relay information, provide assistance, and support security-related operations during routine and unusual situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
