Position Purpose

Supports producer contracting, appointment processing, and commission administration by performing operational and analytical activities. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of producer data, systems, and processes to effectively support sales teams and organizational objectives.

How You Contribute to the Company’s Mission in this Role

  • Execute producer contracting lifecycle activities (contracting, appointments, terminations) in accordance with state regulations and internal policies

  • Maintain accurate producer and commission data across systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates

  • Support commission processing by validating data, researching discrepancies, and assisting with issue resolution

  • Assist with Department of Insurance (DOI) appointment submissions and license verification

  • Provide reporting and analysis to support operational decision-making and sales team needs

  • Support onboarding and system access setup for producers, ensuring a smooth and compliant process

  • Partner with internal teams (sales, compliance, operations) to resolve routine issues and improve processes

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements

  • Assist with audit preparation activities and documentation to support compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Work Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in producer contracting, commissions, sales operations, or related administrative/analytical role

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, commission systems, or similar databases preferred

  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures within a regulated environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Basic understanding of insurance licensing, contracting, or compliance requirements preferred
