Role Definition

Drives achievement of the business plan through strong sales execution, dealer network development, and strategic partnerships with truck dealers and independent repair facilities. Focuses on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening channel performance, and aligning commercial strategy with inventory and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment with dealer leadership teams

• Develop Caterpillar dealer strategies & sales action plans to grow capability & market share.

• Lead sales execution across assigned territory by identifying and closing opportunities with dealers & repair shops.

• Build & expand relationships with truck dealers and independent repair facilities.

• Establish strategic partnerships with key accounts ensuring alignment on pricing and availability.

• Identify market trends

• Support inventory planning to align supply with demand

• Collaborate in the development and execution of truck sunset strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and supply challenges.

• Monitor sales metrics and dealer performance for continuous improvement.

• Deliver value-based solutions that improve uptime and cost efficiency.

• Executes sales plans and exceeds targets.

Dealer Development & Relationship Management (Extensive Experience)

• Coaches and develop dealer capabilities.

• Builds long-term strategic partnerships.

• Monitors performance and drives improvements.

Inventory & Operational Alignment (Working Knowledge)

• Understands inventory and supply chain dynamics.

• Aligns demand planning with sales execution.
