Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the Development of Enterprise AI Agents
Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes, augment decision-making, and deliver measurable operational impact across Finance and related business functions.
- Engineer Scalable Agentic AI Solutions
Architect and develop enterprise-scale Agentic AI applications that are secure, reliable, and designed for global adoption across multiple Finance domains and business units.
- Architect End-to-End AI Platforms and Pipelines
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures covering:
- Data ingestion and preparation
- ETL/ELT and data engineering workflows
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Model integration and orchestration
- Agent frameworks and multi-agent ecosystems
- Monitoring, evaluation, and governance of AI solutions
Preferred experience includes:
1. Data engineering and ETL/ELT pipeline development
2. LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable agentic AI frameworks
3. Cloud-native platforms such as Databricks, GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Establish AI Engineering Standards and Best Practices
- Develop reusable AI components, prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and development standards that accelerate solution delivery and ensure consistent quality across AI initiatives.
- Design and manage evaluation frameworks that systematically assess:
- Reasoning quality
- Task completion accuracy
- Reliability and robustness
- User experience
- Escalation behavior and safety controls
- Drive Data and Analytics Engineering Excellence
Lead and support strategic data and analytics engineering initiatives by developing scalable data pipelines, workflow orchestration capabilities, and business intelligence solutions that serve as the foundation for enterprise AI and automation use cases.
- Partner Across Business and Technology Functions
Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, data engineers, software engineers, architects, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate business challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the AI Transformation Journey
Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert for AI innovation, helping shape the organization’s AI roadmap, technology standards, and adoption strategy while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience developing and deploying production-grade software solutions, with at least 1+ year of hands-on experience building LLM-powered, Generative AI, or Agentic AI applications
- Proven track record of delivering AI agents, autonomous workflows, or AI-enabled products/features in production environments
- Experience working with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices
- Exposure to finance, manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or other regulated environments is an advantage
- Passionate about innovation and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and multicultural environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to translate emerging AI technologies into tangible business value
