Description
CINTRA is a French-Singaporean joint research laboratory, a CNRS International Research Laboratory under the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. It is a collaboration between the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Thales, bringing together researchers and students from France and Singapore. The research focus of this joint laboratory is towards the development of innovative nanotechnologies and nanomaterials for various electronic and photonic applications.

The Senior Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct research on a low-temperature transfer method for integrating VACNTs into flexible devices with our research team and our collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Carbon Nanotubes growth, transfer and characterization
Development of a low-temperature transfer method for VACNTs
Post-transfer electrical and mechanical characterizations of VACNTs/flexible substrates interfaces
Collaborate with our collaborators on flexible devices design and fabrication
Draft research papers based on the data obtained.
Job Requirements:
Ph.D degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Materials Engineering
Expertise in Carbon Nanotubes material
Experienced with Carbon Nanotubes manipulation
Experienced in cleanroom processes such as UV Lithography, E-Beam PVD, Sputtering, RIE, etc
At least 10 years of research experience in the related area
Good communication skills and the ability to work with team members and collaborators
Publication track record is an advantage
