Green Coyote Cantina is bringing honest Tex-Mex, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to The Dale in Avondale Estates, and we're building an incredible team to help launch our newest location. As a Bar Back, you'll play a critical role in keeping our bartenders prepared, our bar fully stocked, and our guests receiving exceptional service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and willingness to jump in wherever needed will help keep the heart of the restaurant running smoothly. • Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required
• Flexible availability, including lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift
• Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, and bar ingredients according to company standards
• Replenish ice and maintain all bar stations
• Wash, polish, and organize glassware
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout the shift
• Remove empty bottles, boxes, and trash while keeping storage areas organized
• Assist bartenders with beverage preparation during peak business periods when appropriate
• Deliver beverages or supplies to service stations as needed
• Assist with food running or guest support when business requires
• Complete opening, running, and closing responsibilities
• Follow all Health Department regulations, sanitation procedures, and company standards
• Support the overall success of the Front of House team by assisting wherever needed

Beverage Support Standards

Our Bar Backs are essential to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Team members are expected to:

• Anticipate bartender needs before they are asked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Work with speed while maintaining attention to detail
• Support efficient beverage service during high-volume periods
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and managers
• Represent Green Coyote Cantina with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality every shift

Schedule & Availability

Green Coyote Cantina is open daily from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM, serving lunch, dinner, and special events.

Applicants should have flexible availability, including:

• Lunch shifts
• Dinner shifts
• Weekday availability
• Weekend availability
• Holidays and special events
• Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
