Boro Park, Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)

As an IVF Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey—guiding them through treatment, providing education and support, coordinating care, and ensuring a seamless patient experience every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate IVF treatment cycles from consultation through completion.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, testing, and procedures.
- Create treatment calendars under physician guidance.
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic testing.
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, laboratories, and outside facilities.
- Document patient care accurately within the EMR.
- Provide compassionate support while helping patients navigate an emotional and complex process.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- 1–2 years of IVF or Fertility Care Coordination Experience.
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building patient relationships.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
