## What you’ll do:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and facility, maintaining administrative records, supporting site compliance requirements, coordinating office services, and assisting with employee and visitor services. The role supports a safe, organized, and productive working environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and implementation of 5S workplace standards.
- Coordinate facility maintenance activities and report any issues requiring corrective actions.
- Manage office supplies and consumables, including stationery, pantry items, tea, coffee, and other office necessities.
- Monitor office entrance activities and maintain orderly access and movement within the facility.
- Manage and process utility-related expenses, including telecommunications, electricity, water, and other site-related bills.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Maintain all required governmental documents and certifications, including Commercial Registration (CR), investment licenses, municipal permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure company records remain current and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Manage employee access cards and monitor compliance with company security requirements.
- Support security operations, including visitor management and issuance of visitor access cards.
- Maintain records related to office access and security activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, accommodation, and other logistical support for visitors when required.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and office events.
- Ensure successful planning and execution of internal events and activities.
- Perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks as required.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
## Skills:
- MS programs
- SAP, STC, MOBILY and other portals
- Communication and soft skills such as: proactoveness, time management, improvement mindset
