Tecnico de pintura

• Preparar y mezclar recubrimientos conforme a las especificaciones establecidas.
• Monitorear y ajustar parámetros críticos como viscosidad, temperatura, sólidos, color y pH, según los requerimientos del proceso.
• Asegurar el suministro oportuno de materiales a las diferentes etapas de la línea de pintura.
• Realizar controles de calidad y pruebas básicas de laboratorio para verificar el cumplimiento de especificaciones.
• Gestionar inventarios de pinturas, solventes, aditivos y materiales consumibles.
• Registrar consumos, lotes, ajustes y resultados de pruebas en los sistemas y formatos correspondientes.
• Identificar y solucionar desviaciones relacionadas con color, aplicación y desempeño de los recubrimientos.
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad industrial, manejo de sustancias químicas y regulaciones ambientales.
• Mantener orden, limpieza y control de derrames bajo metodologías 5S.

Requisitos

• Carrera técnica o preparatoria
• Experiencia en manufactura de giro automotriz, deseable conocimiento de procesos de pintura automotriz, recubrimientos industriales o áreas de mezclado de materiales químicos.
• Manejo de equipos de medición como viscosímetros, balanzas, medidores de pH y colorímetros.
• Conocimiento de normas de seguridad para manejo de materiales peligrosos.
• Habilidad para interpretar hojas técnicas, hojas de seguridad y procedimientos operativos.
• Manejo básico office.
• Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
• Operación de montacargas.
