Job Summary:
The Administration Manager –Facilities Management ( Soft Services & Food & Beverages) is responsible for leading end-to-end employee Facilitiy operations including Sot services, Food & Beverages, Event arrangements and space management. The role ensures safe, compliant, cost-effective, and employee-centric solutions while leveraging AI-driven tools and digital platforms to optimize day-to-day operations, vendor performance, and service experience.

What You’ll Do By joining eCrew, you will contribute to delivering outstanding facilities and real estate solutions to the organization and its employees across multiple segments. You will be responsible for generating and implementing innovative ideas for existing and new facilities. This role offers exposure to various verticals such as transportation, travel, relocation and allied services, all aimed at elevating Walmart's facilities to world-class standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience managing Soft Services, Food & Beverage Operations, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Corporate Workplace Services.
- Experience managing large outsourced vendor ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of corporate cafeteria operations, workplace hospitality, housekeeping, hygiene, and service excellence.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled workplace solutions and digital service platforms.
- Experience working in large multi-location corporate environments.
- Certification in Facility Management (FMP/CFM), Hospitality Management, Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), Food Safety (FSSAI/HACCP), or related certifications is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Soft Services Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end workplace soft services operations across multiple office locations.
- Manage housekeeping, pantry services, concierge, reception, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and workplace hygiene.
- Establish service standards and ensure consistent delivery across facilities.
- Monitor service quality through periodic audits and inspections.
- Ensure workplace readiness for business operations and leadership visits.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI-enabled inspection tools and digital facility management platforms to improve service quality.
2. Food & Beverage Management
- Manage end-to-end corporate cafeteria and food service operations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, nutrition, and employee experience.
- Oversee menu planning in collaboration with catering partners while considering employee preferences and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor cafeteria occupancy, meal utilization, and food wastage.
- Drive healthy food initiatives and sustainability programs.
- Implement AI-enabled food demand forecasting, menu optimization, and waste reduction solutions.
- Manage pantry operations, beverage services, and executive dining facilities.
3. Housekeeping & Workplace Hygiene
- Ensure office premises are maintained to world-class cleanliness standards.
- Develop cleaning schedules for workstations, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, cafeterias, restrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct hygiene audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure availability of workplace consumables and hygiene supplies.
- Drive infection prevention, sanitation, and workplace wellness initiatives.
- Utilize digital audit platforms and AI-enabled quality inspection tools.
4. Workplace Hospitality & Concierge Services
- Manage front office, reception, visitor management, and concierge services.
- Ensure seamless visitor experience aligned with Walmart hospitality standards.
- Coordinate VIP visits, leadership meetings, town halls, and workplace events.
- Oversee meeting room readiness and hospitality arrangements.
- Enhance workplace experience through employee-focused hospitality initiatives.
5. AI & Digital Solutioning in Workplace Services
- Leverage AI and analytics for workforce planning, food consumption forecasting, and service optimization.
- Utilize AI-powered dashboards to monitor SLAs, service quality, cafeteria utilization, and vendor performance.
- Implement predictive analytics for inventory planning and operational demand forecasting.
- Drive chatbot and self-service solutions for cafeteria feedback, workplace requests, and service ticketing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging workplace technologies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
6. Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage housekeeping, catering, pantry, landscaping, pest control, and workplace hospitality vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, KPIs, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and vendor performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Walmart procurement policies and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through vendor innovation programs.
7. Budgeting & Cost Optimization
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets for soft services and food operations.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through process improvements, AI insights, and vendor negotiations.
- Monitor monthly operating expenses and financial performance.
- Generate leadership dashboards and MIS reports.
- Optimize food costs while maintaining service quality and employee satisfaction.
8. Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, food safety standards, environmental policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct workplace hygiene audits and vendor compliance assessments.
- Develop contingency plans for cafeteria operations, food safety incidents, and workplace emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and waste management initiatives.
- Monitor safety incidents and implement preventive actions.
9. Sustainability & ESG Initiatives
- Lead food waste reduction programs.
- Drive recycling and waste segregation initiatives.
- Promote environmentally sustainable workplace operations.
- Implement energy-efficient and water conservation initiatives within cafeteria operations.
- Support Walmart's ESG and sustainability objectives.
10. Stakeholder & Employee Experience Management
- Partner with HR, Security, Finance, Procurement, Workplace Technology, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement through continuous service improvements.
- Manage employee feedback programs and satisfaction surveys.
- Present operational updates, KPIs, risks, and improvement initiatives to leadership.
- Champion a hospitality-first workplace culture.
