Psychiatrist - MercyOne New Hampton - $150k Bonus

MercyOne New Hampton Clinic seeks a BC/BE Full Scope Psychiatrist to join our fully outpatient behavioral health team. Enjoy strong support, flexible practice design, and excellent work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient; no call, weekends, or holidays
• 2-year income guarantee + wRVU model
• $150,000 recruitment incentive

Duties

• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
• Provide follow-up visits and medication management
• Maintain thorough, timely EMR documentation

Requirements

BC/BE Psychiatrist, Iowa license eligible, DEA, H-1B exempt.
