In this position, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, bringing creativity and expertise to our menu while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in accordance with our menu.Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.Oversee and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials.RequirementsProven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Passion for culinary excellence and creativity
