Green Orthodontics in Clarksville, TN, is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at our upscale dental office. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable communicating with both children and their parents. If you're a positive team player with excellent attention to detail and a genuine love for helping others smile, you'll fit right in. As a clinical team member, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding orthodontic care.
Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with bracket bonding and orthodontic adjustments, taking radiographs, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, sterilizing instruments, performing lab duties, and ensuring each treatment area is fully prepared between patients.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working chairside and "in the mouth" throughout the day, can multitask effectively, and follows clinical protocols with precision while helping patients feel relaxed and informed during their visit.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, you'll assist with patient communication, answer phone calls during busy times, and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service are essential.

Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant required
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
