This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll be at the centre of executive operations, keeping priorities on track and supporting key business initiatives across the division.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a busy executive diary and coordinating meetings
• Preparing agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence
• Taking minutes and tracking actions
• Supporting executive reporting and internal communications
• Coordinating travel and accommodation
• Preparing confidential documentation
• Managing records, files and document control
• Providing high-level administrative support across the leadership team

What you'll bring

• Experience supporting senior executives in an EA or similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professionalism, discretion and a proactive approach
