As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and property representatives by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, construction zones and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazards and property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related incidents and observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances and critical situations in a calm, professional and problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Support a professional, visible presence throughout the property to help deter unauthorized activity, theft, trespassing and vandalism.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
