ELS is hiring for the position of Bartender in Okeechobee, Florida.Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system
- Prepare and deliver drinks promptly
- Handle payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain full accountability for cash and transaction accuracy
- Deliver friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical ability to: Lift up to 50 pounds
- Remain mobile and work at a fast pace for shifts up to 8 hours
- Must be 18 years of age or older
