1. Role Overview:
- The Consultant Senior - HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) is an experienced professional with full knowledge in their area, acting as a sole contributor.
- Leads the implementation of HR strategy and participates in its development.
- Provides expertise across all HR functions: Organizational Design, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.
2. Core Responsibilities:
- Delivers HR initiatives and programs to business client groups, including performance management, total rewards, headcount planning, talent review, and succession management.
- Consults and influences business groups on a wide range of HR matters, partnering with HR specialists as needed.
- Engages in workforce planning to align staffing solutions with organizational goals.
- Provides thought leadership, education, and tools to senior managers and associates, managing organizational change and transition.
- Coaches managers in hiring, developing high-performing teams, and driving associate engagement.
- Leads talent and performance management programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Resolves complex associate relations issues, conducts analysis, and recommends solutions.
- Uses HR trend analysis and data analytics to identify and address business problems.
- Facilitates training and group discussions on leadership, change management, and performance management.
- Participates in major organizational development projects, such as change management and restructuring.
- Promotes diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Acts as an associate advocate and helps maintain an inclusive work environment.
- May require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
