What can you expect?
As the Warehouse Coordinator/Expeditor, you will work in Anchorage, AK and responsible for supporting the warehouse and equipment operations for the company, expediting the receiving and shipping of supplies and equipment, and ensuring efficiency and organization.
How will you do it?
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse.
- Maintain, service and inventory of all tools and keep inventory stocked with consumable materials
- Maintain documentation of records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and keep accurate log of maintenance/repairs equipment.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, warrantees, and service agreements and keep accurate log of maintenance/repairs for company vehicles.
- Responsible for tracking/billing of company vehicles to projects for their use.
- Complete field requests for equipment, tools, consumables and expedite during field season.
- Inventory and inspect materials as transferred to and from jobsites.
- Clean/ repair incoming tools and equipment and return to inventory.
- Maintain inventory lists in the shop and the field.
- Maintains effective communication and coordination among all project participants.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with employees, business partners, and clients via written and verbal communication methods.
- Ability to work independently and work cooperatively with others; ability to work with employees, business partners, and customers in a friendly and positive manner.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
Who is Brice Environmental Services looking for?
Minimum Qualifications:
- One to seven years of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role including logistics.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and experience in Word and Excel.
- Forklift Operation Certification.
- Valid state driver’s license and must be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Brice Environmental’s Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving and background screening.
Working Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Brice Environmental Services has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes, and occasional overtime for immediate support may be necessary.
