About the Role

We're seeking a highly technical, commercially minded GTM Engineer to build and scale the systems, workflows, automations, and intelligence that power our go-to-market organization at both the Heunets level and across its products. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

This is not a traditional CRM administration, sales ops, or marketing ops role. We're looking for a builder and architect who will own the GTM engine end-to-end and engineer systems that produce measurable business outcomes, because technology is only valuable when it drives results.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Systems, Automation & Revenue Infrastructure

• Design, build, and optimize scalable systems and workflows across the full customer lifecycle — acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion for Heunets and its product lines.
• Build and maintain automations and integrations across business-critical platforms to eliminate manual work and accelerate execution.
• Improve lead management, routing, qualification, account management, and customer engagement processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and ship solutions that improve performance and scalability.

Agentic AI & Intelligent Systems

• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that augment research, decision-making, workflow execution, and customer engagement.
• Identify where AI creates leverage across revenue-generating functions and build intelligent workflows that improve speed, consistency, and personalization.
• Establish best practices for AI-enabled operations and experimentation.

Data, Analytics & Revenue Intelligence

• Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance-measurement systems.
• Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, and revenue trends, turning data into actionable insight.
• Improve visibility into key business and growth metrics across Heunets and its portfolio.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation to measurable impact, and document systems, workflows, and operational standards.

Our Stack

We run a Microsoft-first environment. Depth here is a strong advantage; adjacent tools can be learned on the job.

• CRM & Customer Data: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights (Data + Journeys), Dataverse.
• Automation & Integration: Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps & Functions, plus adjacent tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier; API-based integrations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, GA4, Microsoft Clarity.
• AI & Agents: Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and other LLM APIs for research, workflow intelligence, and agentic automation.
• Adjacent GTM Tooling: enrichment/outbound (e.g., Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CDP/event tooling.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth/Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of modern B2B GTM motions, customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and revenue operations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions and business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms - Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights strongly preferred plus reporting/BI tools such as Power BI.
• Experience building automations and integrations (Power Automate, Logic Apps, or equivalents) including API-based integrations.
• Strong analytical skills; solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and operational system design.
• Excellent problem-solving and execution skills; able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging agentic AI to automate processes and create business value.
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack - Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio.
• Experience building scalable revenue systems in SaaS, services, marketplace, or high-growth environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, data modeling, and CDP/analytics tooling (e.g., GA4, Segment, Microsoft Clarity).
• Track record of leading growth experiments with measurable outcomes.

Performance Objectives (First 12 Months)

We hire builders on outcomes. Within your first year, success means measurable progress against agreed revenue and growth objectives, including:

• Measurable improvement in funnel conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
• Reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) and manual operational effort through automation.
• Deployment of AI-enabled systems that materially improve productivity and decision-making.
• Contribution to revenue growth and net revenue retention/expansion.
• Increased efficiency and scalability of the GTM engine across Heunets and its products.
