Senior Salesperson – Remote (Ontario)

Are you an experienced sales person who has built strong client relationships and a book of business in the GTA market? Are you looking for a remote role with a collaborative, high-performing team that truly supports your success? If so, we’d love to connect.
We’re growing across Ontario and are looking for a Salesperson with a proven track record in search firm recruitment. This role will focus on both contract and permanent placements in IT roles. You’ll have access to industry-leading tools, ongoing support, and our exclusive Visual Advantage system that streamlines and accelerates the hiring process.

What You’ll Do
- Proven business development skills to build and manage lasting client and candidate relationships
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from search to offer
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Share market insights and contribute to business development
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a search firm setting (360 recruitment, including business development) required
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, driven, and consultative approach
