No previous home health experience is required.
We're looking for new Physical Therapists who are ready to learn, grow, and bring strong clinical skills and compassion into the home health setting.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN schedule.
What You'll Do
- Complete physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, transfer, and mobility training
- Assess home safety and fall risks
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky
What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist License Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the home health setting
- Ability to work independently while utilizing available clinical support
