What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
- Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations
- Help manage mealtimes by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms
- Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training (required)
- Active Florida CNA Certification (required)
- Active CPR Certification (preferred; on-site training available)
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
- Strong communication skills with residents, visitors, and team members
- Ability to produce a negative drug test
