Job Description/Responsibilities

The Global Account & Commercialization Manager role reports to the Global Accounts Leads and is responsible for managing workflow and adapting global strategies across regions through both The Shop, our in-house consumer content agency (PR, media, creative & social) and via third party partners, to deliver effective and efficient brand stories and content for our portfolio of global brands. The role will partner with regional teams, distributors, external agencies and production partners to localize and scale campaigns across markets. Responsibilities include bringing campaigns to life across 2D design, packaging and retail tools, copy & idea “transcreation”, managing budget reporting, and driving best-in-class practices that strengthen global capability, operational consistency and speed-to-market.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

• A creative team player who is a natural communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong writing editing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, & project management skills
• A drive to succeed and a willingness to lead.
• Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong brand building fundamentals.
• Skilled in ms outlook, powepoint, excel, word.
• Comfortable building new processes and teams - must enjoy some ambiguity but also have the ability to set the course.
• Experience working on global brands.
• 4 years agency experience as an ae or equivalent applicable experience.
• 4 years experience with design agency or shopper/trade agency or similar role.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of creativity and experience in creative development.
• Experience in multiple agency disciplines eg: creative, digital, packaging, in-store, pr, media.
• Shopper/trade marketing experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 25%
