Ejecutivo de Cajas & Bodega

Funciones asociadas al rol

 

Recibir y despachar el inventario de equipos

 

Asignar series de equipos / simcards según solicitud del cliente interno

 

Asegurar que el inventario esté acorde a los requerimientos del cliente (FIFO- orden – limpieza)

 

Validar en físico las logísticas inversas para gestión posterior

 

Realizar control de documentos (guías – facturas) y gestión de archivo con proveedores

 

Cobro a clientes con tarjetas de crédito y debito y cuadres diarios de Caja

 

Atención transacciones express (Cambios de sim, etc.)

 

Recepción y entrega de equipo de svt

 

 

Requisitos Indispensables

 

Formación: Graduado en carreras tales como Administración de Empresas o Telecomunicaciones.

 

Manejo de Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel Intermedio - Avanzado. Excluyente

 

Conocimientos de la herramienta Power BI. Deseable

 

Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en áreas similares. (Inventario – Servicio Técnico). Excluyente

 

Es importante que cuentes con empatía en el relacionamiento y el contacto con otras personas. Como también la planificación y la organización son puntos importantes en este rol.

 

 

Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos y fines de semana - Feriados. (Días Libres de acuerdo a Ley). Excluyente
