We proudly maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93, the highest patient satisfaction in the industry.
Metro Vein Centers, a fast-growing national leader in medical vein treatments, is seeking to add an Analyst to our team in New York City. This is a full-time analyst role supporting our marketing and sales functions. When you join Metro Vein Centers, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development.
Position Summary
The Analyst provides analytical support to our marketing and sales teams, helping drive patient acquisition and revenue growth across our 75+ locations. The role blends data analysis, campaign and pipeline reporting, market research, and process improvement.
This is an early-career role, and we care more about how you think than how long you have been doing it. Clear reasoning, comfort with data, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly matter more to us than a specific background or industry experience.

- Lean organization with opportunity to take on significant responsibility quickly
Responsibilities

- Track and trend the patient acquisition funnel from first touch through scheduled appointment and treatment
- Support market and competitive research for new location openings and local market growth plans
- Surface risks, concerns, and opportunities identified in your analysis, and help develop solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes and systems; propose changes and communicate strategy
- Support ad hoc analysis and modeling requests from executive management on tight timelines

We will ask you to walk us through real examples: how you prompt, where you have automated or accelerated your own work, and how you check and validate AI output before relying on it.
- Detail-oriented, able to run multiple projects in parallel
- Self-starter who learns quickly on the job
- Comfortable working within our data privacy and governance standards, including appropriate handling of patient information
