Job Overview

The Senior Manager – Business Development will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and contribute to overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
• Manage existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, sales inquiries, referrals, and opportunities.
• Research market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and handle objections effectively.
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to revenue and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the Tea Industry or a related industry.
• Tea industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer and results-oriented approach.
• Sound business acumen with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
• Proactive, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.
