We are seeking an experienced and driven OT Support Lead to oversee and develop our Operational Technology function. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of manufacturing systems and automation technologies that support critical site operations.
Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Global IT teams, you will lead a talented team of specialists while driving continuous improvement, cybersecurity, and digitalisation initiatives across the site.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operational Technology professionals.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of manufacturing and automation systems.
- Drive site OT and cybersecurity strategies in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support operational excellence.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
- Manage OT projects and system upgrades, ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Prior experience in a similar position
- People management experience or experience from a senior position in the team
- Good communication skills. Able to keep multiple stakeholders informed
- Regulatory knowledge e.g. GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR11, EU ANNEX 11.
- Ideally experience gained in the pharma industry
