YOUR MISSION
- Contribute to the design, development and continuous enhancement of global rewards concepts and policies.
- Implement global rewards concepts, policies, and frameworks across the region while ensuring alignment with local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Job Architecture and Job Evaluation activities, ensuring consistent job grading, organizational design, and governance across the region.
- Manage market benchmarking and compensation analytics for the region, including salary surveys, market trend analysis, and recommendations on pay positioning and competitiveness.
- Design, build, and maintain salary structures and pay ranges, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity principles, business needs, budgets, and global compensation frameworks.
- Plan the annual compensation review and merit process, including compensation planning, budgeting, modeling, and guidance.
- Ensure rewards governance, compliance, and risk management for the region through adherence to company policies, local regulations, audit requirements, and reporting standards.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders as the regional rewards expert.
YOUR TALENT
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in HR Rewards in a global corporate function
- Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with a strong business mindset
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and global stakeholders
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills at senior management level
- Fluent English language skills are required, German is an advantage.
