Brand Inside Sales Representative APAC

We are looking for a Brand Inside Sales Representative to support and grow X-Rite’s recurring revenue business across APAC and key global accounts. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to customer retention, revenue growth, and global operational consistency.

This is not just an operational role—it sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and program management, ensuring that customers continue to derive value from X-Rite’s solutions while contributing to predictable and sustainable revenue growth.

Job description

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to contract closure
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term value
• Develop and manage renewal reporting, including Pull Through metrics
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up on delayed or pending orders
• Reconcile, track, and report on bookings and revenue associated with Brand Programs
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, identifying and tracking tasks to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Maintain and update account workspaces, including Master Supplier Lists and customer reporting dashboards
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and updates in Smartsheet and Salesforce (SFDC)

• Interact with assigned accounts as main point of contact, to identify, document, assign, communicate and track progress of agreed tasks on time and on quality
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and convert leads into opportunities
• Support additional projects related to sales operations.

Requirements 

• Strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred
• Build foundational knowledge of the product, market, and competitive landscape
• Knowledge of color quality and print quality industries is an asset

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience and/or training
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in English required
• Industry knowledge of packaging design, prepress/premedia to final production; and experience in related domains is an asset.
• Ability to travel, up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to effectively perform the entire above mentioned essential job functions.
