SAP S4 Hana RISE Expert

Key mission

The SAP S4 Hana RISE Expert will be part of the SAP Center of Excellence and a key contributor to the global S/4HANA implementation project. Together with our implementation partner, you will be responsible for the design & realization of our new SAP S4 Hana Environment.

You will coordinate with the S4 Implementation partner and other actors for network, security and technical application owners the design, delivery, testing and hyper care support.

You will ensure the S4 Hana Setup is optimized, ultimately securing the successful deployment and adoption of the new S/4HANA system.

 

Main challenges

Support the design, setup & testing SAP S/4HANA Rise Setup, while levering the SAP best practices.

▪ Coordinate with diverse technical actors like Sodexo Datahub Integration team, the Implementation Partner and other technical teams (Network, Security, Technical Applications Owners).

▪ Challenge the implementation partner on proposed solutions and estimates.

 

Main activities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the creation of robust & optimized S4 Hana environment.

▪ Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

▪ Follow-up deliverables are provided by Implementation Partner & SAP

▪ Assess technical feasibility of proposed solution including High Availability & Disaster Recovery

▪ Secure functional and technical solution is in adequation with business needs and Sodexo guidelines

▪ Support adequate technical knowledge transfer to Infrastructure Maintenance Support & SAP Basis

▪ You are responsible for managing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA deployments across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Your role includes overseeing the entire SAP Basis environment to ensure seamless operation, security, and performance.

▪ Your deep understanding of SAP’s infrastructure architecture enables you to design disaster recovery strategies, ensure business continuity, and drive system automation through tools like SAP Solution Manager and SAP ALM You are a key player in enhancing system availability and reducing downtime while supporting critical business processes.

▪ Furthermore, you collaborate closely with other IT teams, including cloud and security experts, to ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and best practices. Your technical leadership is crucial to aligning the infrastructure with evolving business needs and ensuring that SAP applications run smoothly and securely.

Person Specification

Hard skills

▪ Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA projects

▪ Strong technical background allowing to be at ease when discussing technical topics with internal & external actors.

▪ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

▪ Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and end-users.

▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

▪ SAP certifications in S/4HANA RISE are a plus.
