Are you a skilled golfer with a passion for teaching and sharing your expertise? We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Golf Pro to join our esteemed golf program at our resort. As a Golf Pro, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional instruction, enhance the guest experience, and contribute to the success of our golf program. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert golf instruction and coaching to guests of all skill levels
• Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and golf schools
• Assist with golf club fittings and equipment recommendations
• Organize and lead golf events, tournaments, and outings
• Assist in the daily operations of the pro shop, including merchandise sales and customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with members, guests, and golf associations
• Stay updated on industry trends and golf instruction techniques
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable golf environment for all players

Qualifications

• PGA or LPGA membership
• Extensive experience and proficiency in playing golf at a high level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to provide high-quality golf instruction
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and equipment
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proven track record of professionalism and integrity in the golf industry
