What would you do? • ATOM leverages deep capital markets knowledge, technology and alliances to offer front-to-back office capabilities including trading platforms, transaction processing, regulatory reporting, KYC, AML and data management. To retain its industry position, ATOM is strengthening its Risk and Compliance team with an Industry and Risk professional to minimize risk and develop its Risk Management capability. • Looking for someone with capital market experience • Mandatory or ad-hoc communication with Regulators like CASS, EMIR, Mifid etc. • as a part of a formal regulatory submission. • Includes designing reporting frameworks, developing regulatory reporting tooling (EUCs, etc. • ) and reporting assurance frameworks.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Regulatory Compliance Reporting • Secondary skill - Information Security • A university degree holder • Proven experience in capital markets domain Fixed Income Bonds Equity Settlements and Asset Servicing and or in Wealth and Asset Management functions • Proven experience in Operational Risk Management • Excellent understanding of risks and controls in Capital Market Operations • Excellent Stakeholders Management experience • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Proven management skills and work effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Supervise a small team of AVP Specialists who will be responsible for running the risk and control framework for the deals • Responsibility for Risk and Compliance (RnC) for project deals • Responsibility for managing clients stakeholders and governance meetings in all aspects of RnC. • Coordinate with RnC functional teams to ensure all aspects of RnC framework are delivered for the deal client • Assess and manage deals Operational Risk • Responsible for compliance to client contract and Accenture requirements • Conduct and supervise reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements Accenture policies and standards. • Ensure operations teams are aware of their roles and responsibilities to be compliant • Coordinate implementation and respond to Accenture risk self-asses programs such as service delivery representation letter • Coordinate and front-audits ensure relevant parties involved as required • Monitor and provide assurance that the identified findings and actions are tracked to closure and report to leadership thereon. • Facilitate sharing of learning from matters requiring interventions such as incidents initiate process improvements and updates to policies and standards. • Incident management for ensuring the framework for incident reporting and preventing is in place as defined by the client detailed incident reports root cause corrective and preventive actions implemented and reported to the client and Sr Accenture management as required • Change enablement participate in the building and implementation of a new RnC platform • Liaise with key Accenture functions including Internal Audit Global Asset Protection CIRT Information Security Risk and Quality Management Quality Assurance Legal Contract Management Policy teams Delivery Centre Sales teams and Accenture clients to ensure effective risk mgtAny Graduation
