As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the way organizations work, CWH Advisors is committed to applying AI to strengthen internal operations, improve client delivery, accelerate research, enhance knowledge sharing, and create scalable business solutions.We are looking for someone who shares our curiosity, embraces emerging technology, and enjoys transforming ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.OverviewWe’re seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Specialist to help build and advance the firm’s AI capabilities across business operations and client delivery.Reporting to the Head of Consulting Operations, this individual will partner closely with executive leadership and teams across CWH Advisors to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence and automation can improve how the firm operates, collaborates, and serves its clients.This is a highly hands-on position. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating technologies, configuring platforms, building automations, developing workflows and integrations, implementing AI-enabled solutions, and continuously improving those solutions based on business needs and user feedback.This is not a strategy-only role. The ideal candidate is an AI-native builder who is equally comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, translating business challenges into technical requirements, configuring existing platforms, and helping team members adopt new ways of working.The position is full-time and primarily remote, with occasional travel for company meetings, client engagements, and strategic planning sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & InnovationPartner with leadership to identify opportunities to apply AI across internal business operations and client delivery.Evaluate emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and platforms and recommend practical solutions aligned with the firm’s business objectives. Help develop and advance CWH Advisors’ AI strategy, innovation roadmap, and implementation priorities.Monitor developments in artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and related technologies to identify opportunities relevant to the firm. Translate emerging capabilities into practical use cases that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and business performance.AI Solutions DevelopmentDesign, configure, test, and implement AI-powered solutions that address clearly defined business challenges.Build intelligent automations, workflows, and integrations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.Configure and optimize AI platforms, automation tools, and low-code or no-code technologies.Develop practical prototypes and pilot programs to evaluate new AI use cases before broader implementation.Continuously monitor and improve AI-enabled solutions to increase reliability, usability, adoption, and business value.Document solution requirements, workflows, configurations, operating procedures, and expected outcomes.Business Process OptimizationAssess existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and AI enablement. Apply AI to improve research, knowledge management, reporting, CRM activities, information synthesis, and operational workflows.Work with internal stakeholders to understand current-state challenges and design more efficient future-state processes.Identify repetitive, time-intensive, or manual activities that can be improved through automation. Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on performance and user feedback.AI Platform ManagementServe as the firm’s internal subject matter expert across its evolving AI and automation ecosystem.Evaluate, implement, manage, and optimize AI platforms and capabilities that support organizational growth.Help establish practical standards for AI tool selection, configuration, documentation, maintenance, and use.Coordinate with leadership and external technology partners as needed to support implementations and integrations.Promote the responsible, secure, and effective use of AI-enabled tools across the organization.Organizational EnablementPartner with teams across CWH Advisors to identify new AI use cases and prioritize opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.Promote AI adoption through practical training, documentation, demonstrations, and best-practice guidance.Develop user-friendly resources that help team members confidently incorporate AI into their daily work.Support change management and adoption efforts associated with new AI tools, workflows, and operating practices.Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, collaboration, and responsible innovation.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated experience implementing AI technologies, workflow automation, business process improvements, or related technology solutions. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, automation platforms, generative AI capabilities, and emerging technology trends. Hands-on experience designing, configuring, implementing, or optimizing technology-enabled workflows.Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options and make thoughtful recommendations. Business-minded approach that balances technical possibilities with operational needs, user experience, implementation effort, and expected value. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementation activities in a fast-moving environment.Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea development through implementation and ongoing improvement.Collaborative working style and the ability to build productive relationships across leadership, consulting teams, and business functions. Passion for AI, innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.Preferred experience:Experience working with AI platforms, workflow automation tools, or low-code and no-code technologies.Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, scripting, or workflow development. Experience supporting CRM, business intelligence, research, reporting, or knowledge-management platforms. Experience within healthcare, consulting, advisory services, or another professional-services environment.Experience developing training materials, process documentation, implementation guides, or technology-adoption resources.
