Position Summary
Resicum International LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Technician (01410) to support VMFA-112 at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. This position is responsible for providing aviation supply and logistics support for F/A-18 multiple variant aircraft, ensuring aircraft parts, components, support equipment, and consumable materials are available to sustain maintenance operations and maximize aircraft readiness.
The Supply Technician performs inventory management, material control, warehouse operations, receiving, issuing, shipping, property accountability, and supply documentation while maintaining compliance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), NAVAIR, and organizational supply procedures. This position works closely with maintenance personnel, Production Control, Quality Assurance, and Supply organizations to ensure material requirements are met in support of mission success.
Job Description
The Supply Technician performs technical supply management functions supporting organizational-level maintenance of F/A-18 aircraft across multiple variants. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, transferring, packaging, shipping, and tracking aircraft repair parts, consumables, support equipment, and Government-Furnished Property (GFP) while maintaining accurate inventory accountability and documentation.
This position maintains inventory records using automated logistics and supply management systems, processes material requisitions and issue transactions, conducts inventories, reconciles inventory discrepancies, and ensures serialized assets, controlled inventory items, and hazardous materials are properly managed in accordance with applicable regulations. The Supply Technician verifies National Stock Numbers (NSNs), part numbers, shelf-life requirements, serial numbers, and configuration data to ensure the accuracy and traceability of all aviation materials.
Additional responsibilities include preparing shipping and receiving documentation, maintaining warehouse organization, supporting stock rotation and preservation requirements, assisting with equipment transfers and excess material disposition, and generating inventory and supply reports to support maintenance planning and operational readiness. The technician also coordinates daily with Maintenance Control, Production Control, Quality Assurance, engineering personnel, and customer representatives to ensure required materials are available to meet production schedules and mission requirements.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with inventory control procedures, hazardous material handling requirements, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention programs, environmental regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and all applicable Department of Defense and NAVAIR supply policies.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in aviation supply, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or military supply management.
- Experience supporting F/A-18 aircraft across multiple variants or other military tactical aircraft preferred.
- Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) or military supply systems, inventory management principles, and aviation logistics procedures.
- Experience performing inventory management, receiving, issuing, shipping, storage management, cataloging, and property accountability.
- Knowledge of National Stock Numbers (NSNs), part numbering systems, supply documentation, and inventory control procedures.
- Experience utilizing automated supply management systems, inventory databases, and logistics information systems.
- Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies, research supply transactions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while supporting aircraft maintenance schedules and operational requirements.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple maintenance and logistics organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps experience supporting aviation supply operations for F/A-18A/B/C/D, F/A-18E/F, and EA-18G aircraft.
- Experience supporting Organizational (O-Level), Intermediate (I-Level), or Depot (D-Level) aviation maintenance activities.
- Experience with Navy aviation logistics and supply systems such as NALCOMIS, R-Supply, OMMS-NG, ERP, or equivalent military logistics systems.
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), NAVAIR, or U.S. Department of Defense aviation maintenance contracts.
- Experience managing Government-Furnished Property (GFP), Controlled Inventory Items (CIIs), serialized assets, and hazardous material inventory.
- Certification in supply chain management, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one, if required by the contract.
