Your Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Spark, you’ll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one speech therapy and collaborate with our team of BCBAs and behavior therapists. Your role will include:
- Delivering customized speech therapy services
- Engaging in co-treatment opportunities with our interdisciplinary team
- Writing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Tracking progress through data-driven methods
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years working as an SLP with pediatric clients; supervision experience is a plus
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Skills: Proficiency in assessments, diagnosing speech delays/disorders, and tracking progress
- Attributes: Outgoing, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Bonus: Feeding therapy experience, though not required
