Full training will be provided on our suite of products to assist customers with their Alarms. Along with extensive training on our billing processes.

This vacancy is an onsite position in HomeSecure HQ in Sandyford.

 

Working in our Customer Care team, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer queries across multiple communications channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, scheduling engineer visits where required
• Manage customer accounts accurately, including account updates and payment processing
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to deliver the best customer outcomes
• Identify service improvement opportunities and escalate issues where appropriate
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening and a customer-first approach in every interaction
• Take ownership of personal performance and consistently achieve individual and team KPIs
• Use initiative to identify solutions and contribute to continuous improvement

 

As a Customer Care Agent you will be:·

• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role across phone and digital channels
• Experience using CRM systems and other customer support platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on achieving KPIs
