We are looking for a Content Writer & Communications Coordinator to join our Continental Europe communications team — a role built for someone who loves the craft of writing and editing just as much as the challenge of coordinating people, deadlines and ideas across countries, practice groups and business teams. A genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can make communications work smarter is a big plus, and German language skills are a strong advantage.

Tell the story, well.
-Take complex legal and business topics and turn them into content that is clear, engaging and unmistakably on-brand — from award submissions to event commentary to intranet features and other internal and external communications materials.

Coordinate across borders.
- Be the connective tissue between global communications teams, local business development colleagues and CE stakeholders — aligning timelines, gathering input and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Bring AI into the workflow.
- Use the firm's internal AI tools to work smarter and faster — always with a sharp editorial eye to check, refine and elevate the output — and help spot new opportunities to make our processes more efficient.

Keep the region connected.
- Support CE-wide communications activity, strengthen collaboration across the region, and make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Contribute to German-language projects (if relevant to you).
-For candidates with German skills, there is scope to get involved in German-language content, marketing coordination and website work alongside our global Digital Communications and Brand teams — but this is a plus, not a prerequisite.

Personality requirements and skills

-A background in content writing, journalism, marketing, business development or professional services
-Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
-A knack for research, and for distilling a mountain of information into exactly what a piece of content needs
-The versatility to write confidently for different audiences and formats
-A good eye for visual design, layout and branding
-Strong organisational instincts — you can juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders without dropping a single one
-High standards and sharp attention to detail
-A genuine interest in AI and digital tools, and a practical mindset for putting them to good use
-German language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
