We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh Insurance Brokers. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
Intern - Risk Management (Digital Benefits Solutions)
Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), Digital Solutions
MMB provides employee health and benefits brokerage alongside customized digital solutions, like the Darwin platform and Benefits You app. Their technology platforms automate administration, control costs, offer customized health programs and boost workforce engagement through scalable software tools.
We will count on you to:
Support the team in learning about different types of employee benefits and how to offer clients customized digital solutions.
Assist experienced team members in servicing current clients and exploring new business opportunities.
Analyze reports to gather useful information and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, and cross functional teams.
Creating presentations for clients and potential prospects.
Contribute to projects and team initiatives as assigned.
What you need to have:
Active students in any field of study from Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
Internship duration minimum of 10 weeks or depending on University's/Institute's requirements
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player mindset.
Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Customer focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
