Responsibilities:

Interactions (internal & external)

  • Key Responsibilities

  • work with clients on shipments, receivables, receipts of goods, reserves, claims

  • manage the customer database in SAP

  • maintenance of prices / conditions and customer master data

  • work in SAP: loading orders; invoicing; picking / unpacking of goods; registration of shipping documents; control of accounts receivable; returns; statement of goods for managers and for events; maintaining a register of write-offs of goods; establishment of a price list and maintenance of discounts for distributors

  • daily formation of the schedule of shipment of goods for a warehouse, planning of joint work

  • monitor the level of service and delivery times, proposing possible solutions for improvement in order to reach the company's targets

  • receive complaints from customers, ensuring an efficient solution to the claim and a quick closure of the process

  • interaction with transport companies

  • work with the Sales and Marketing Department (control over the implementation of the sales plan; launch of marketing campaigns, timing control, compliance with conditions; information letters for employees and partners)

  • account of marketing materials and product samples for managers

  • control of return of consignment notes from the consignees

  • Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Accounting

  • Forwarders, Customers, Suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience and Education

  • higher education

  • 2+ years’ experience in same position

  • knowledge of English – Intermediate

  • knowledge of SAP (or ERP-based programs)

  • attentiveness, accuracy

  • ability to work in a team
