With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your industry knowledge to design, develop, and execute solutions within your operational area of expertise in support of intelligence organizations. We’re seeking your advanced advisory skills to join our mission team to help deliver creative solutions to complex problems.

Operations Desk Officers (ODO) apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, tradecraft, and client priorities when providing strategic guidance and program management for the client. In addition, ODOs are responsible for program management for the client, both CONUS and OCONUS. ODOs find solutions to complex programmatic problems, identifying new technical tools and capabilities to advance operations, and tap into the resources of the client, US Government as needed to ensure requirements are met. ODOs provide objective reviews of on-going and potential programs and serve as the vital link between other client project managers in the field and the client's home office.

You’ll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings including the development and mentoring of others on your operational expertise and experience, tradecraft, and client operational tradecraft to drive change.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience working in an operational setting
• 4+ years of experience coordinating projects or programs
• 3+ years of experience executing client tradecraft
• 3+ years of experience using SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT or All-Source intelligence
• Experience traveling abroad for a US government client
• Ability to write clearly and concisely to the standard of the client
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• The ability to speak, write, and read Spanish at a 2+ or conversational level

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
