Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute engineering design changes and design output releases throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Review design deliverables and evaluate impacts to quality, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, suppliers, and product lifecycle requirements.
  • Drive alignment across global engineering sites and cross-functional teams to support timely execution and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams across Denmark, USA, Japan, Austria, and other regions to develop, review, and release engineering design deliverables.
  • Coordinate with QA, RA, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Suppliers to ensure compliant implementation of design changes.
  • Identify, communicate, and support resolution of quality, regulatory, and implementation risks.
  • Support design transfer and manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions and product changes.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess design change impacts and support issue resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and execution.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Regulatory requirements, or Product Compliance principles.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency for business communication and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
