What You’ll Be Doing

- Debug system-level issues across the Android framework, native user space, BSP, kernel, boot, and build environments.
- Enable and validate platform features and resolve Android compatibility and certification failures.
- Develop automated validation, functional testing, and post-fix smoke-test workflows.
- Apply and improve AI-assisted workflows for issue triage, debugging, testing, code review, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-quality Android software.
What We Need to See
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Java.
- Working knowledge of Python, shell scripting, or similar automation languages.
- Solid understanding of operating-system fundamentals and system-level debugging.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd
- Experience with AOSP, Android framework internals, native services, HALs, Linux kernel, or BSP development.
- Experience with Android OS bring-up, upgrades, rebases, or system-level debugging, as well as Android certification, reproducible test flows, or module-level smoke testing.
- Familiarity with Android build systems, Git, Gerrit, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience developing AI agent infrastructure or LLM-assisted software-engineering workflows.
- Strong English communication and technical reporting skills.
