Description
Land Rover Hinsdale is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Sales and F&I Operations Assistant to play a key role in how our deals get processed, our reporting stays accurate, and our guests are taken care of after the sale. This is a role built for someone who takes real ownership of their work and wants to grow within a respected, high-performing dealership group.
About Us
Bill Jacobs Motorsport is a multi-brand luxury automotive dealer group serving the Chicagoland area, representing BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Land Rover, and Jaguar. We're a team that takes pride in doing things right — for our guests and for each other.
What You'll Do
- Be the last line of accuracy on every deal — reviewing paperwork, resolving discrepancies, and keeping transactions moving cleanly into Accounting
- Own manufacturer Retail Delivery Reporting (RDR), keeping submissions on time and error-free
- Track incentives, rebates, and bonus programs so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep Sales and Finance leadership armed with accurate, up-to-date reporting
- Be a trusted point of contact for guests navigating F&I products, contracts, and follow-up
- Conduct CSI follow-up calls that make guests feel valued after the sale
- Provide administrative support to our General Sales Manager and contribute directly to smooth day-to-day dealership operations
This is an opportunity to grow into a role with real scope, visibility, and earning potential within a respected luxury dealership group. Apply today.
