Description
Resicare Society of Calgary consists of a team of professionals who are dedicated and committed to providing comprehensively integrated and high-quality support services to disabled individuals.
We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to support our male individual with a developmental disability. He likes to play cards, go for lunch to Weeds and enjoys going to the Bowness Legion on Thursdays.
Hours of work will be 18hrs Bi-weekly, Wednesday to Friday from 12:00pm-3:00pm.
This person must be:
- Willing to drive and have a valid class 5 license.
- A diploma or equivalent formal education in Rehabilitation Services, Social Services and 2 years experience supporting persons with developmental disabilities.
- A valid First/Aid CPR and Medication Administration Certification are required.
- A recent Police Clearance check is REQUIRED upon interview.
