  • Support workload onboarding and platform transformation: Partner with application owners and production support teams to onboard, migrate, and integrate workloads onto enterprise scheduling platforms. Contribute to platform modernisation and migration initiatives while ensuring appropriate planning, validation, control, and service continuity.

  • Strengthen security, risk and regulatory compliance: Ensure scheduling platforms comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, security standards, and audit expectations. Identify platform risks and vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation activities, and support risk acceptance processes where remediation cannot be completed within the required timeline.

  • Govern processes and change implementation: Maintain standard operating procedures and process controls for enterprise scheduling services. Work closely with Change Management and Infrastructure teams to ensure platform changes are assessed, approved, implemented, validated, and documented in a controlled manner.

  • Provide technical support and stakeholder engagement: Provide technical guidance and support for complex scheduling, infrastructure, configuration, and integration issues.
