This Position reports to:
IS Category Lead Arch. Workplace & UCThe work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Operate, manage and optimize Microsoft Purview DLP and related data protection solutions.
- Design, implement, test and maintain DLP policies and controls aligned with business, compliance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage exceptions and support DLP adoption.
- Partner with DLP Incident Response, Security Operations, Compliance, Infrastructure and Application teams on incident handling, policy tuning and remediation.
- Manage DLP incidents, KPIs and SLA performance to improve security effectiveness and reduce risk.
- Support incident, problem and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
- Maintain DLP documentation, standards, operational procedures and governance records.
- Support testing, pilot deployments, rollouts, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft Purview, AI Security and Data Protection capabilities.
Qualifications for the role
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Information Protection, DLP, or Security Operations.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview DLP, Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification, and Information Protection.
