About this Opportunity:
As a Platform Integration Specialist - Onboarding PM you will be responsible for leading the integration of client data and platforms, optimizing workflows, and acting as a subject matter expert for complex integrations. This role collaborates across teams, drives process improvements, and provides guidance on escalated client and technical issues to ensure seamless platform implementation. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.
Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Drive process improvements and workflow optimization across onboarding and integration projects.
Manage escalated client situations and complex platform issues with confidence and professionalism.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for custodial feed integrations, API connections, and BETA rollouts.
Collaborate with product, programming, and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
Oversee queue management, task assignments, and workload prioritization for team members.
Serve as an escalation point for complex client and technical needs.
Implement AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in cross-departmental problem-solving groups and strategic initiatives.
Support leadership by hosting team trainings, development sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Ensure 100% compliance with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
We’re looking for talent who:
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field as required
Has a minimum of six (6) years of experience in onboarding, platform integration, or technical operations as required
Has prior experience with custodial feeds or similar financial data integrations preferred
Has proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and team leadership
Has familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and system enhancement projects
Has advanced understanding of platform integrations, APIs, and data feed management.
Has strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize workflows.
Has expertise in project and queue management, prioritization, and task delegation.
Has excellent client management skills, including handling escalations and complex issues.
Has proficiency with AI, automation tools, and system enhancements to drive efficiency.
Has strategic thinking and cross-functional influence to guide decision-making.
Has strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring and training team members.
Can interpret technical documentation and translate into actionable solutions.
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization
